- During opening hours. Allow enough time to explore before the ticket office closes.

- KM 13, road from Salé towards Kenitra. October–March: gates 9:30 am–6 pm, ticket office until 5:30 pm. April–September: gates 9 am–7 pm, ticket office until 6:30 pm. Mondays: opens at 10 am. Closed on Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Telephone: +212 537 82 27 56 / 58.

- A fully wheelchair-accessible route has not been confirmed. Ask the operator about suitable routes, especially around footbridges.
